Raeonna leads 360 Flower Shop with a commitment to excellence, specializing in event floral design and day‑of coordination services. She and her team travel nationwide, bringing their signature style, creativity, and care to weddings and special events across the country.

Her long‑term vision is to expand into additional rural areas, offering a city‑inspired, luxury floral experience to communities that often have limited access to high‑end design. Raeonna believes that no one should have to travel far to make their dreams a reality — 360 Flower Shop brings those dreams directly to them.

Before transitioning into design, Michael spent years leading process improvements and cross-functional projects in advanced manufacturing, where he developed a strong foundation in systems thinking, prototyping, and visual communication. Today, he brings that same solution-driven mindset into his creative work—crafting designs that are both visually compelling and purpose-driven.
